Marywood University

Marywood University was founded in 1915 by the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Over 3,000 students from various backgrounds and religions are enrolled throughout the University’s various graduate and undergraduate programs. Situated on a scenic 115 acre campus in the heart of Scranton, Marywood continues to uphold its commitment to excellence and its rooted belief that education empowers people.
